CIRCE coordinates electronic procedures for supported business formations and related registrations. The DUE, or Documento Único Electrónico, gathers information used across that process. Its convenience does not remove the need to understand the information submitted or confirm which procedures are available for your chosen form and location.
Start by checking the official map of available procedures and the route relevant to your case. Identify what the system handles and what remains outside it, including activity-specific or local requirements where relevant. A coordinated electronic submission should not be interpreted as universal permission to begin every possible business activity.
Prepare the data before entering it: identification, activity, address, dates and the corporate decisions applicable to the chosen form. Compare these details with supporting documents. Where an adviser or PAE helps complete the DUE, ask about unclear fields while changes are still manageable rather than signing information you have not reviewed.
Imagine a hypothetical founder setting up an SL for online services while initially working from home. The draft DUE contains an old correspondence address and an activity description that omits part of the planned service. Reviewing the generated document exposes both issues before sending. A successful electronic signature alone would not have made those entries correct.
The official PAE guidance tells users completing the process themselves to review and sign the DUE before sending, generate a copy to check completeness and retain the submitted document and supporting material. Make that review practical: inspect names, identifiers, addresses, dates and selected options line by line, including information repeated in different sections.
After submission, monitor each relevant result rather than stopping at the initial receipt. Keep references, messages and documents returned by the administrations involved. If a step fails or requires correction, identify its exact status and the responsible follow-up. Do not submit another complete application merely because one outcome is unclear without first investigating the existing file.
A simple tracker of submitted data, completed procedures and outstanding tasks makes the electronic process easier to control. To prepare a review, write to info@taxdevelopmentconsulting.com with your proposed legal form, location and the stage already reached, clearly identifying whether a DUE remains a draft or has been sent.
