Privacy policy
How personal data is handled when you visit taxspain.eu, prepare a consultation or contact Tax & Development.
1. Data controller
TAX & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING S.L. · NIF B56372394. Tax and contact address: Carrer de Casp 37, 2.3., 08010 Barcelona, Spain. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: info@taxdevelopmentconsulting.com. This notice covers taxspain.eu and enquiries received through the contact channels listed on it.
2. Data categories and sources
- Visits: hosting and security infrastructure may process your IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and incident logs to deliver and protect the site.
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone number, professional details and message content that you voluntarily provide by email or messaging.
- Tools: calculator figures, questionnaire answers and consultation-guide preferences are processed in your browser. Site code does not send them to a server or CRM. Downloads are generated on your device. Only your chosen language preference is saved.
This site has no form for uploading identity documents, bank details or personal case files. Information required for a professional engagement and its delivery channel are agreed separately.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Service requests, quotations and steps before a contract: pre-contractual measures you request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- General and professional enquiries: the legitimate interest in managing communication initiated by you, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to your right to object.
- Operation, abuse prevention and security: the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, available site, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Legal obligations and rights requests: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where applicable.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising. There is no newsletter subscription form on the site. Consent needed for any other purpose will be requested separately and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and manage the steps requested. After that purpose ends, only information needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend claims is retained for the applicable periods, with restricted blocking where required by Article 32 LOPDGDD.
If a service is agreed, retention of contractual, accounting, tax or case documents depends on legal duties and the engagement. Technical logs are kept according to security needs and the provider policies linked below. Local tool answers are not stored in a company database; the language preference remains until you remove it.
5. Recipients and providers
Authorised staff and providers needed to handle enquiries, email and technical infrastructure may access the relevant data. The company uses Google Workspace for email and documents. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare distribution and security infrastructure. These platforms may process technical browsing data to provide and protect their services.
Disclosures to authorities, courts or other recipients require an applicable duty or legal basis. Any professional collaborator’s involvement is defined for the specific engagement. Ask info@taxdevelopmentconsulting.com for information about providers and applicable safeguards.
6. International processing and external channels
Technology providers may operate outside the European Economic Area. Google Workspace terms provide mechanisms for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. See the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI privacy information and Cloudflare privacy policy. Ask the controller about destinations and safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy of those safeguards.
Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp are external links, not embedded widgets. Their icons are served by this site. Opening a link or sending a message lets your chosen platform process data under its own terms, potentially outside the EEA. Request an appropriate channel before sending case files, identity or bank documents, or particularly sensitive information.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where the relevant right applies. You may also withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. Send your request to info@taxdevelopmentconsulting.com or the controller’s postal address, identifying the right and the information needed to locate your data. Additional identity evidence is requested only where necessary and proportionate.
The usual response period is one month; the GDPR allows a reasoned extension in certain cases. You can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), whether or not you first contact the company.
8. Required information and automated decisions
You do not need to identify yourself to browse or use the tools. An enquiry requires a contact method and enough information to understand your question; without these, a response may not be possible. Do not send third-party data without an appropriate basis.
Calculators and questionnaires are indicative tools. They do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects or determine eligibility for a service or permit. Information will be updated before a change in processing or a new data-collection tool is used.
